It's the Premise Stupid

"Government does not solve problems; it subsidizes them" -Ronald Reagan

There has been a lot of debate in recent months on issues ranging from health care, to government bailouts of publicly and privately owned industries. During this time republicans, and more importantly the American people have stood in opposition to many of these efforts.

Now, a debate is rising about capital-gains taxes and a possible, 'value added tax' being implemented to pay for this administration's policies of over-spending, and boisterous government growth.

For the efforts, made by the opposition of this administration, we have seen an assault placed on the character of ordinary citizens, and an entire political party being dubbed as "the party of no."

In the majority's relentless effort to under-mind and ridicule those with different view points, they have become so narrow-minded and singularly focused, they have failed to realize the origin of their opposition; the fact that it's their own constituents they are strong-arming, and forcing bad policy upon.

In light,of this apparent disregard for the peoples opinion, and obvious misunderstanding of the basis for their disagreement; I decided to spell it out for this administration and the congressional leadership.

It's the premise stupid. In order for the American people to join you, aboard your train to utopia, we must first agree with your supposition, but we do not; we must first believe the structure of your policies are in accordance with the well established principles of our founding, but we do not; we must first believe you are operating within the bounds and limitations, given you by our constitution, but once again, we do not.

We cannot have an honest debate with you on how to best insure 30 million people if we do not believe it is your right or responsibility to do so; we cannot have a substantive debate with you on the best way to pay for a bill, if we believe you reached over your constitutional boundaries to enact it.

So you see, while you condemn your republican counter-part for just saying no, we the American people applaud them, because we believe the best policy for taking over one of the largest and most effective health care industries in the world, is to have no policy at all; we believe that the best solutions for our economic woes, are now and always have been free-market solutions, with low-taxation and high expansion incentive for companies operating within our borders.

We believe the best way to provide health care for all Americans is to create an operating environment for those providing these services, that is free of frivolous and career jeopardizing law suits; we believe the best way to insure all Americans is to create an atmosphere of robust and healthy competition that extends beyond state lines.

The federal government has reached beyond intervention, and is now in the realm of invasion, not only into the lives of it's citizens, but also into the free-market industries that provides their citizens with goods and services. This invasion has multiplied the average cost of living to an almost unattainable level, for the blue-collar workers, democrat leaders claim to be advocating.

So, in case you haven't received it Washington, the message from the American people is simple: Back off, stop your endless assault on our freedom and liberty; back off from your constant invasion into our state and local processes, you are out of order, and we demand our liberties be reinstated immediately, or you will have your place in the unemployment line, to which you have shown such little interest. We are tired of your mandates, and tired of watching you spend our country into a hole that will financially bury our children.

This article precisely describes the pain and torment of the greatest nation, and the destiny of future generations lie in the hands of progressives with an elitist attitude that they know what's best for America!

I could not have said it better. This is exactly what the majority of U.S. citizens are saying. Since 99% of what they are doing is unconstitutional, we are determined that it will be undone ASAP. And then, we can look into what crimes have been committed, because I believe no one is above the law.
